Terms and Conditions:
1. If a guest arrives late, their free flow will only be valid from their entry time until the event ends. No extension or refund will be provided for late arrivals.
2. For full refunds, cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the event. Please contact us at marketing@frites.com or by phone at +852 2217-6671 to process cancellations.
3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event.
4. No-shows at the scheduled time will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
5. The event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. Valid identification may be required upon entry.
6. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image and likeness for future marketing and promotional purposes.
